Hello everyone

Up for sale is a very nice Brown Tortoise Pelikan 400 fountain pen from ca. 1951-56. The pen is fitted with a 14C gold M (Medium) nib.
An early example of Pelikan's famous brown tortoise pattern.

Features:

- Springy 14C gold M (Medium) nib (please see writing samples below).
- Ebonite feed.
- Transparent barrel without ink residue.
- Piston filling mechanism that works flawlessly, fills the pen with ease to its maximum ink capacity.
- Flaws: there are some microscratches and minor signs of use on the pen. Overall, it is in very good condition, no cracks, no dents, no dings, etc. Please be aware that the piston turning knob has the imprint 'F', meaning the nib most likely had been replaced for a Medium.

No box or papers.

I tried my very best to make decent photos and video of the pen. Please check them as they are part of this offer and are the best way to describe the pen.

PRICE: $215 plus shipping (worldwide registered shipping with tracking number /uninsured, signed for/ USD10, insurance at cost if needed)

Payment accepted via Paypal or bank transfer.
As always, I am open to hear reasonable offers.

I will ship within 24 hours after payment is received.
