Default How to tell a Parker 51 provenance?

Hi all just bought a Parker 51 and really enjoying the writing experience. It has no date or code numbers on it though or country of manufacture on it. It just says Parker on the lustalloy cap. Is this usual and does this mean it could be from either factory? It is a burgundy aeromatic so 1950s-60s.

Pens made in the UK that I have had had :Made in England" on the barrel. Pens made in Argentina have "Industria Argentina" on the filler that sheaths the sac. This has been my experience. 51s have variations.

You need to look at the inside of the barrel at the squeezy bit. There are clues to the date on there. Take a read of this:
