I think that you will find that Parker made the International Classic Cisele pattern between 1990 and 1993.
Only in a ballpoint and a pencil, for some reason a fountain pen was never released.

Oh, I remember that there wasn’t one in the catalog at the time, but brains are a funny thing and I think another pen (probably a flighter) and the Classic Cisele set got mixed up in my memory, brain has had 30 years or so to scramble it.
