The pen has arrived. Simplo #4 button filler. Please forgive my horrible printing. Trust me...my cursive is worse.

Mb also made pneumatic and lever fillers (though these are rare). They also patented the pushknob filler. This was an ingenious invention. You twist the blind cap, but it does not detach. You then push the knob and release to fill. Then you screw the blind cap back down. Unlike the regular button fillers where the blind cap is removed to use the push button, the pushknob filler makes it impossible to lose the blind cap.
