This Pelikan 100 is one of the often found conglomerates of components of older and newer date. The cap is made of hard rubber, the barrel already the newer variant from one piece. The nib seems to be of older date and convinces with an angular clean grind. Maybe this was originally an older pen which was repaired with a newer barrel at some point.

The fountain pen has been disassembled, cleaned, the seal replaced and lightly polished, adjusted and tested. The pen shows the usual signs of use and age, especially the hard rubber cap is dark brown (which you can not see so well in the photos).

The nib had a few scratches and dents. But I think that I did a pretty good job on it.

This nib has a lot of character, flex and writes with good ink flow.
