Default Pen Posse Tomato Beef Chow Mein

Let's have another local Pen Posse. After much deliberation (90 seconds) we decided to have it down the street from Peter's at Cheung Hing. Time for more roast duck and Tomato Beef Chow Mein.

    Sunday August 25th.

Hehehe! I invented Mongolian Beef & Bok Choy Chow Mein!

They should add it to the menu.

Even though we're pretty sure when Ricky was speaking Chinese to the waiter, he was apologizing profusely for us.

I was scratching my head. I recall your original request was more like Mongolian Tomato Beef with spicy something and random vegetables. I nearly cried when Chris said "I'll have what's she's having".
