Today we are living in a world totally different than just 5 years ago. It is a new normal world and those who were manipulating the social system has pushed a reset button and thais is why so many things are turning up-side down.
We can't have any choice that we used to do. Free thinking, free speech is debunked by a small part of a power. Anyways, Purple Heart has "oops I dripped" water resistance. Which isn't much, but if you got a droplet on there, it wouldn't totally lift from the page, but its definitely not a water resistant ink.
