Today I am offering for sale a near-mint Pelikan M805 Blue Dunes Fountain Pen with a fine nib to help fund the purchase of my new Trek bicycle. The M805 Blue Dunes was a 2019 Special Edition of the M80X line of fountain pens, and

features a brass piston filling mechanism and an 18k rhodium plated nib.

The pen is in near-mint condition, used only for one month and only in my home office. The pen has no marks, scratches, or defects of any kind except for the wear of careful daily use. The nib is correctly tuned, as can be seen with with writing sample with Pelikan 4001 Royal Blue ink.

The pen will ship with an outer box, an inner box, and a Pelikan protective sleeve. The pen was purchased from a reputable UK dealer, as indicated on the warranty booklet.

I was able to purchase this pen in 2021 for $339 USD due to a sale and coupon at purchase time. The pen currently sells for $419 USD in the UK, and retails for over $600 in the United States.
