I keep my pens in a variety of glass cases, buying them as my collection grew. The last is the pen case I carry everyday. 10 Visconti ( I have others I don't carry every day) my Jupiter by Classic Pens (#42 of 100) which is 4 the from the left, and the rather obvious Oversized Delta Dolce Vita.

Wow. Very nice. I'm loving that Stealth faceted VP, but you already know that. ;-)
What do you think of the carbon fiber Kaweco Sport? That pen seriously catches my eye.

Don't see many Parker 25s, guttaperk - I have the mechanical pencil from the same range. Back in the '80s, it seemed a terribly glamourous and modern design!

Dan: Have you seen the "Art Sport" range?

I like the marbled finishes on those a lot.

This is my first attempt to upload a photo here at the FP Geek forums, but I thought I might participate in this thread by uploading a photo of what is in use today. Or, this week really.

I hope I've done this correctly.

[if you can actually see the photo after I hit submit, please pardon the dog hair laying across my Gate City Postal Jr. ]

    Default Here are mine

Not a huge collection but it's steadily growing!
right now the only ones I've got inked are 3 viscontis, the MB, and the Lamy 2000, the most understated one of the bunch!
(Missing is the the Teal coloured Parker 51 LE, a great writer despite everyone saying "It's NOT a real 51"!!

    Default My Fountain Pens

    IMG_6035.jpg

Here's most of my collection of fountain pens (I have some other pens "retired" in drawers). These travel with me on a mostly daily basis, except for the desk pen of course. They are resting on 2 of the travel wrap cases.
I didn't include the felt tips, rollerballs, pencils, or gel ink pens. Nice to see other collections in this thread, with some commonalities such as Lamy Safaris, Noodler's, Sheaffer, etc. I admit I have a few Chinese look-alikes in my pack -- it's impressive what you can get for $5-20, especially if you're willing to tolerate some imperfections and perhaps make some adjustments.

That is a Jinhao double dragon pen (Chinese) which I recently got through an ebay seller for about $20 including shipping from Hong Kong. It included some Parker cartridges and uses a converter. It has an oversize nib with a broad stroke and writes quite smoothly. It's mostly metal and quite heavy, especially when posted.
One issue with these Chinese pens is they sometimes stall, I think because the feed is not properly allowing air to replace the vacuum, or maybe the feed just can't keep up with the required flow. Anyway giving the converter a bit of a twist puts some positive pressure on the ink, and the pen writes fine again for a couple more days, so it's not really a problem, especially considering the price.

I really like the carbon fiber Kaweco Sport. It is a great little pen. And the Stealth VP was a true steal on FleaBay - it was listed as a black Pilot pen, with bad photos.

Thank you so much for the kind compliment! The Postal is one of my favorite pens. Very comfortable in the hand.

Love it, AndyLa! All that wonderful Rhodia and Claire Fontaine, and the glass pen a nice touch. I have several and always forget they can be so much fun. Thanks for showing us!
