Civil it is not, but it is the nature of the beast, greatly amplified in this sub-forum by allowing politics and religion to be discussed. All AI is developed by humans, fed training/testing data decided upon and evaluated by humans, and constructed from (ML/NN) algorithms chosen by humans. Unless there is a Supreme being (that's also unbiased), it's outputs are biased.
