Guess the destination

Well, since the subject of this post is not a fountain pen, I thought I'd put this here.

Just a bit of fun: I just finished this kit pen as a special request. Looking at the pen, can anyone guess which country it is headed for?

Italy would have been my first guess as well. But the black parts make me think Sudan or Kenya?

+1 on Italy and if it is, I wish you luck getting it there. Pens I send to Italy seem to vanish into a black hole, never to be seen again.

Mexico and Italy flags do not have black as a primary color. UAE or Kuwait?

I wanted to say Swaziland but looking at the flag there is blue & yellow instead of green. However blue & yellow do make green so perhaps.

It is a cheerful looking pen. The patterning in the green and red sections adds a visual appeal as well.
