    Default Map Covered Notebooks

    I have a "thing" about vintage 3-ring mini-binders. If for nothing else the old paper they come with is great for both dip and fountain pen. Over time I've accumulated a stack of these vinyl covered notebooks which are nothing special to look at. Today I decided to gussy one up with a map from an old atlas plus a few additions. I shellacked over it all with orange shellac. I'm still working out which adhesive is best to adhere the map to the vinyl.
