Default Can someone tell me how to easily delete a set of messages?

Can someone explain how to easily delete a bunch of messages, not all though?

A: No you didn't; no, you came here for an argument.
M: An argument isn't just contradiction.
    A: It can be.
M: No it can't. An argument is a connected series of statements intended to establish a proposition.
    A: No it isn't.
M: Yes it is! It's not just contradiction.
A: Look, if I argue with you, I must take up a contrary position.
M: Yes, but that's not just saying 'No it isn't.'

Unlike Sent messages, the only way I've found to delete individual messages from the Inbox of FPGeeks is by using Tapatalk. FPGeeks has never been properly setup, so until it is, use workarounds.

I know that, if you click on Sent on the left, you can select from the recent batch and, on the bottom toggle, select Delete. However, I can't view older messages that way.

    Posts or PMs?

For posts, I think you have to delete them one by one.

Go to the post, select Edit. At the top of the Edit box is a Delete box. Select Delete This Post in the Following Manner.

Then click the Delete Post box on the right.

At the bottom, click Save Changes.

Maybe it's different on a phone.

I couldn't figure out how to delete PMs. On other sites with the same software (Vbulletin?) you can open your Private Messages and select one or more. Then there'll be a box at the bottom for your desired action, which includes delete. But FPGeeks doesn't have that feature. Or at least, I can't find it.

The only way to delete received PM's in your FPG Inbox is to delete them all. Using Tapatalk you can also delete some newer ones singly but not as a bunch.
You can apparently download some then delete them all but I never tried it.

As I explained above, there's a way to delete multiples at once. However, it's still limited.

Do you mean delete multiple Sent or multiple Inbox? Yes you can delete multiple Sent by choice in the drop down as you mentioned. That setting doesn't exist for Inbox received messages. I have no clue about how many you can delete on current Tapatalk if that's what you mean but when I used it years ago I could only delete one at a time in Inbox.

Also, they only disappear altogether is the other members involved delete them. I currently have 0 Inbox messages and 0 Sent messages but I still have 10 pages worth of messages that I can read in my Notifications.
