I see several in there that would be quick easy sales for a lot of dealers.

I know you don't want to sell separate, but if you should find yourself there I'd be a buyer on the jade Duofold and the Skyline set, potentially others. PM me if so.

If selling as a lot best to put a price on the group as a whole and not worry about individual prices.

I can think of a few buyers for you if you have no luck finding someone local to here or need options.

This is again one of your unique EOC threads.

I can’t understand why you don’t want to keep them.
Even you don’t use them right now, they don’t need much space, unless you need the money.

But as you thinking about just give them away, it seems you don’t really need money.

Some of them look very nice, and create inside me a subtile “want to have” feeling.
Which often happens when I look at nice pens, but I learned to suppress such feelings in the last years.

    My advice would be:

    1. Keep them and put them back in a drawer, you might change your mind some time and will be happy to pull out some of them for use. It will be just like getting something new if they stayed long enough in the drawer (imho best solution)

    2. If for some reason you canˋt just keep them, sell them off individually, to get at least some money out of them to use for whatever you enjoy these days.

EOC, these pens caught my eyes in particular, I’m curious to learn something about them.
Could you please tell me some words about them?

No consignment shops in your city?

edited: since I know your city of residence (I used to, anyway), I did a search and found some, a few of which seem not to be just clothing. Maybe one of them?

I wish i could buy the lot from you, it’s a great selection, but unfortunately it’s not in the budget

Have you tried emailing Ron Zorn? His Main Street pens website says he buys pens

    Why always so complicated EOC?

Create a selling thread, enter prices for the individual pens, optionally a price for the whole lot for fast buyers and sell them off…… done.

I've offered pens to Terri at Peyton Street Pens in the past. In short, she will buy them outright. I believe she offered me around $240 for a pen lot. I ended up passing on the offer and decided to just wait and sell them myself. Ended up making about $500, which I reckon she would make, too, so I assume she offers about 50% of their value (unless she valued some of them much higher than I did).

You can contact her and inquire, though, and attach an image of the pens and see what she says.

Very nice pens there, and they seem to be in very nice condition. I think you would be able to sell them rather easily in a forum like this, but of course, you should deal with the packaging, posting, so on. Selling the complete lot could also be a possibility.
Is there any pen show near your home? that's another possibility, selling them there as a vendor or directly to one of the dealers at the show.
If you finally give them away, that Waterman W5 looks really nice to me, by the way. I would pay postage (sorry, I had to try) ;-)

You’re right it’s not the full story. I left out that you had named the agreed price.

And yes that is disappointing that you won’t honor that virtual hand shake.

So again good luck to all potentially involved.

    Whatever, good luck with it.

You had someone with cash in hand willing to pay a price you named two weeks ago. After your initial hesitation I even upped my offer to that being a net price to you, or in other words more than you're currently advertising now. Your loss! BTW, I can all but guarantee if you'd just sent to a dealer and waited for payment, you'd have received quite a bit less than what I was willing to pay.

Funny how complicated this became for someone who just wanted to send the things off and be done with it. You whine incessantly about not having "contacts" or "standing" or whatever in this community. This is the first time I've seriously tried to deal with you and despite some past friction was giving you the benefit of the doubt for a smooth transaction. If this is how other transactions have happened with you, it's no surprise to me that you've burnt bridges with other people over deals and that no one does want to deal with you.
