    Default Senator President Help

    Hi

I have bought a Senator President FP, and I have some issues.

The pen doesn't fill, the ink flow out as soon as I get the pen from the ink bottle...make me thinking is getting some air.
The section and nib unit looks good to me, but when I have tried to remove the piston...It looks like there is the problem.

It seems like the ink is getting behind the piston gasket, and I cannot remove the piston. What to do?

    Thank you

I have removed the piston, looks good to me.
But there is an air leak behind the piston (whole assembled) when I have blow through the section (nib/feed removed).

Does silicon grease help to seal properly? Anybody any idea?

Yes, silicon grease is the way to go. I hope this solves your problem.

I've got the silicone grease, but:

I have broken the piston shaft!!! Is that fixable?

At this point, I suggest having Francis fabricate a replacement part.

That was my thought as well, replacement/re-fabricate the part...
