Attractive new Tactile Turn bolt-action pen. But isn't that 'torx-top cap' quite similar to a certain snowcap/birdsplat? (No affiliation, satisfied customer, etc.)

I don't think it is close enough in looks, and the fact that a Torx-head bolt/screw is already an existing construct would seem to mitigate any similarity. The shape is simply a reflection of the functional purpose.

I used Rufus to make a USB drive for Windows installation, but when I used it to install an image through UEFI, it somehow destroyed my present BCD in a dual boot arrangement by removing the BCD and reconstructing it with just one entry. I had to manually resolve the issue. Why not use the USB drive's EFI partition instead of doing something different, like copying the original ISO files there? Get more information rufus wainwright.

I can very well imagine that Montblanc could be bothered by this detail. (There are so many files on legal disputes in the company's archives that they could wallpaper their offices with them...)

But I agree with Jon. In this case, however, they would not succeed, because it is a patented system, which was not used for decoration only, but fulfills a technical purpose.

Once again, LAMY was more clever and used mathematical symbols, which are not subject to trademark law but are common property
