Anyone have any feelings about eBay seller penpen-avenue?

I would have no concerns at all about buying from them. They are currently one of ebay's top rated sellers and have been on ebay since 2011 with 7999 feedback and only 2 negatives during the last 12 months.
What is your concern?

WaltZucher known spammer seems to believe that occasionally posting what look like "normal" remarks makes him look any better than the spammer he has proved himself to be.
I guess that might happen if the spammer is who he is suspected of being.
