Figured out how to make a post!

New member here. I'm a Kiwi from Queenstown currently living in the 'Church (that's Christchurch, the garden city, or at least it was before the big quakes), and studying Fine Arts at Uni. 3rd year now so not long to go to graduation and then planning for the big OE!

New to fountain pens too - hadn't thought there would be web places for enthusiasts - with a Pilot Metropoliton in my bag and another transparent blue pen that looks like a Lamy Safari but has the words Jin Hao on it, so I reckon that is likely a Chinese brand? Writes pretty good. Was given to me by a friend. Don't know where they got it though.

Clicked on the "Member Map" at the top of the page nothing doing. Don't know if there's any other Kiwis on here.

Anyways, nice to be here and here's hoping to learn a few things!

Is there anything I should be getting my head around to begin with, 'sides figuring the website controls?
