I hold out hope that the selection of Wiles will mean that the clown show of the past is kept out of Trump's ear. But we will have to see about that. Elon and RFK may be in the WH a lot. That, I speculate, will be quite unfortunate for the country. Wiles will actually have to be able to control access, at times contrary to Tump's wishes, AND not get fired or decide to resign. Not a great track record for that office from 2016-2020.

It would be inappropriate, to say the least. No one should be in to political offices at the same time. It is too much power. Also if JD cast a vote as Senator and the vote ended up tied, would he then be able to cast another vote as VP? problematic.
