What is the 2460 nib really?
I'm finding conflicting information on the Esterbrook 2460 nib.
http://www.esterbrook.net/nibs.shtml says it is a "firm fine recordkeeping"
http://www.richardspens.com/?page=re...enew_point.htm says "rigid medium manifold" -- does anyone have a vintage ad or box that can clarify this for sure?

Re: What is the 2460 nib really?
This source says "firm medium."
This one says it's a fine.
Peyton Street describes it as a fine.
Over here it's called a firm medium. (use control+f or cmd+f to get to the reference quickly)
And now all we know is that I, too, can find conflicting sources.

Someone on the board that shall not be named posted a photo of the 9460 box that states X-Firm, but no indication of the size of the line...
