Quick review: Van Dieman's Aurora Australis (Night Series)

I recently received the Van Dieman's Aurora Australis (Night Series) so I had a play with it using a Brause ornament nib this morning. Chromatography shows a blue tint is part of the ink composition, unlike Diamine Manggis which looks similar on the page, but only has pink and purple in chromatography. In writing the ink seems like a cross between Manggis and Monteverde Rose Noir, both of which are favorite inks of mine, so win-win!

Thanks dneal for sharing those properly. I had intended to fix my posts but my day got away from me (that little thing called, work!) I had been trying to use Tapatalk but accidentally created three posts - sorry everyone, I will clean it up tonight.
