    Amazing work Andrew
How does a drawing nib write compared to an Ef?

    Thank you!
Sometimes the same, sometimes like UEF. The main meaning of Drawing nib is a reverse side written 1-2-3 sizes upward, almost like a Naginata Concord))

Great job. I've looked at all of the images several times. I would love an architect point like your one Andrew. I haven't dared to go quite so far with the nib on my Montblanc Bohème but often have another try with it. I've only ever used a nib smoothing board and it started life as a B nib so it's taken a long time.

It have to be very careful with tip, especially expensive one nibs. There is a fine line between making it little thicker/softer and losing the tip altogether. I have a Pilot 15 nib (not mine) where someone tried to make something smoother, or something wider, but at the end just lost the tip at all((

That is really great work. I have a question for you. What tools you use? Is it mechanical tools ( like a compact Drumell with grinding discs or you use several grade grinding stones and plates???
For me ,It is quite interesting to know how to simply tune a nib from ultra smooth/ to italic type feed back effect rough writing. I love dip pens and they have a great feed back to sing in papers while writing. So I like fountain pens that do as well. So my favourite pen size is EF and thinking if trying to make some EF and UEF conversation with some inexpensive nibs I have. Thank you Andrew for sharing your skills and fashions all the time.

If it was remotely anything whatsoever to do with me this excellent post would be pinned. Sadly, as we currently don't even have an acting admin. who is prepared to get rid of spammers it won't be.
