I'm a math teacher from Switzerland :-) I have started collecting fountain pens half a year ago, however I could not resist buying loads of pens already
My personal grail pens in my collection are the Visconti Homo Sapiens Dark Age, the (new) Omas Ogiva 222 Blue Saffron and the Namiki Emperor.
