You could have just ordered another nib unit from Pelikan? They simply screw out on a thread.

Leonardo Momento Magico Tropical - exclusive to Stilo and Stile.
Saw Gourmet Pens' review recently and said - finally a Magico material that I like. Still awaiting shipping, though:

Waiting on a Grey Pearl Sheaffer Balance Jr. I have a black one. Fits my small hands well. My black one has a F nib. Nice feedback without being dry or scratchy. This grey one is a M, which I prefer a bit more for my writing style.

I have no pens on order, feeling like I should change that. Seems quiet on this thread so a few people need to be like me thinking about a pen to acquire as a recent acquisition.

    Waiting for a Dumas

I’ve bought and sold a half dozen writers editions and always regretted that the Dumas I bought arrived damaged. So I saw that Truphae had one for sale I jumped. It is one of only 3 of the series based on the 149 so very excited.

Waiting for Montblanc 149 Calligraphy ordered from Madrid in Spain. There is some talk that the original Montblanc 149 Calligraphy introduced in 2019 will be discontinued. Still rumors I think, but I did not want to be left out of getting the Calligraphy EF flex nib of the original 2019 Montblanc 149 Calligraphy pen.

After having presented my good ol' friend with my lovely old green-stripey Pelikan M120 (I think?), for his 70th birthday, I was feeling a bit deprived! - It's been my 'go-to' since I got it from Andrei.
So on the rebound, I've gambled on an M200 -grey pearlescent - on ebay. (Yes I know the pitfalls, but it did seem genuine). I should have it in about a week. Let's hope it's as good as the 'old' one.

I have a True Writer en route. Hit town earlier today, suspect I will likely have it tomorrow.

Finally! After a snafu of a few months, I received DHL shipment info from Appelboom’s of my Platinum 3776 Shape of the Heart, arriving at the end of this week. The pen is basically black with a transparent finial, and rose gold hardware. The reason for purchase is that one of my cherished nibs is an RG on a Nice that Mike Masuyama ground to a CI for me a few years ago. The pen took a spill and the finial broke.

I’ll now be able to host that nib in another RG-trim pen. Even more special, since it is close to my heart, is the finial on this pen: housed inside the clear dome, along with some crystalline bits, is the actual heart-shaped piece that is punched out to create the breather hole in the nib. I’m very excited for this one.

Thanks! The crazy part? The entire delay was the distributor waiting for my initial nib choice (SM) which was taking forever. When Appelboom said they could ship an F immediately, i agreed. The kicker? They shipped DHL from the Netherlands on Tuesday and I got it in San Diego today.

Some more pencils and writing instruments I just bought as a Job lot. Very interesting items. I am not sure what they are really as all the items looks like somewhat vintage.

Waiting on a Parker 45 Signet (1/10 12K Gold-filled barrel and cap) with a 14K Fine nib. It was $30 which I would consider the average price to find just a typical Parker 45 with a steel nib for.
