A Visconti Kaweco Sport set. Yay!

The Fuschia then? That's a beautiful material. It looks so yummy and luxurious in the video review by Dr Brown.

They look so handsome. Now I want a ballpoint to go with my black zigzag metro.
What sort of refill do they use and how's its performance?

Edison Beaumont Bedrock Flake. With a fine nib. I don't know what's happened to me in the past few months -- I was a broad stub guy! It would seem I've decided I like to be able to write more than a couple of hundred words per page, and to fit equations on one line.
Accompanied by a bottle of De Atramentis Atlantic Blue.
"What are moon-letters?" asked the hobbit full of excitement. He loved maps, as I have told you before; and he also loved runes and letters, and cunning handwriting, though when he wrote himself it was a bit thin and spidery.

Visconti Opera Elements....wanted the one with the 14k nib but bought one with the 23k Palladium Dreamtouch nib as the price was too good to pass on.

A classique sized Tribute to Montblanc with a M nib. Am rather excited about adding this pen to my growing collection of 14X sized pens.
I'm waiting on an Esterbrook J in grey with 9128 nib, early 1910s Moore ringtop pen, Mabie Todd Swan SF2 gold-filled ringtop pen and a Waterman's Ideal from early 1930s.
I'm waiting for an Edison Encore made with black ebonite and Orange Crush Flake acrylic. After changing my mind about the trim twice, I finally decided on gold trim and an xf 18k nib and an extra 1.1 mm stub. Now to decide on the ink ...

While wandering the net last night, I found a Monteverde Prima in the "Retired" Blue Stripe color with the 1.1 Stub. I've been wanting this one since I saw it and ordered it on the spot from Pen Place. Also got a bottle of Noodler's Antietam...

It's here, and I haven't been this happily surprised by a pen in a long time! This is far from my first Edison--I knew it would look good, and I knew the quality would be excellent--but I opened the box, and something about the pen is just right. It has that unexplainable "thing" that makes for an instant connection.
I don't have good light left in the day for pictures, but I'll post some this weekend.
