    Default Shoutout to Montblanc customer service

    I have to give a major shoutout to Montblanc, for their service in processing the return of a Montblanc "Baby" which I purchased in a weak moment on my credit card, when I should not have. Totally seamless credit to my credit card, no problems with return, even though absolutely nothing wrong with the pen (other than being too small for my hand). Just a great experience, and I cannot say enough about them. Very rare in the Current environment.

    I've been fortunate, in that, I've never had to send any of my Mont Blancs out for repair. I've heard that their Customer Service is second-to-none. I have seen a repair/rate schedule from Mont Blanc in the past but I haven't seen it in a while.........glad your experience was pleasant and if anyone has the repair schedule I referenced, I would like to see it !
