Dial & case pics posted. Reddish tone on hands is just reflection from lights on bluing.
Shipping is of course plus, not plush. For Plush you pay extra.
Chain is 22 Kt gold plated radium, so it glows in the dark, 3 feet long.
NO!!! Just kidding! It's just gold plate, I made it myself, probably cost me @20.00, 20 years ago. I am (more was) an amateur jeweler, and pen doctor and professional neuropathologist.

So are you saying the hands are blue and NOT plum as they appear in your photos?

Well, I'll be jiggered (or worse)!. I looked closely with a loupe under 5000K light, and sure enough they are 'PLUM'. This is not a distinction I had even heard of before. I just assumed they were blued steel with a reddish tinge.
Or as Cartman would say, "Sweet merciful crap!"

Okay, good. They looked plum in the photo, and that's correct for a lot of higher grade Illinois watches in general, and a BS in this SN range specifically.

Do you have a favorite watch repair go- to? I have a Waltham 23 j Vanguard from the CPR I’d like to get cleaned, oiled, and maybe a new mainspring.
