A Mabie Todd (or mabie not??) Swan Leverless pen, medium size. The leverless pens use a "twist filler" mechanism which is a conventional rubber sac, but rather than a press bar, it has a siort of spiral-ish bar that twists the sac to compress it. It is operated by rotating the blind cap at the dumb end of the pen. The nib is quite nice to use - it is a slightly stub medium, smooth and wet.
