Is there anyone who is known to make reproductions of these clips? It does appear they were made in this size...

Any decent goldsmith can make these very easily - they're not hard to do, especially in silver. I would, however, consider them to be decorative rather than functional as achieving the 'spring' needed for a working clip needs a harder metal.
