    Default Really odd request :)

    This is the most remote requests I've ever posted.

    Is there anyone in East London who might regularly travel west and might be willing/available/amenable to collect something for a west London pick up?
    There is a fairly small item (plant) I want to buy but it's in east London and the person selling won't post no matter what. I'm happy to pay the price requested but she won't even pack it for Royal Mail to pick up. Therefore I'm offering their fee for an east Londoner who might be travelling to west London so that we could meet and do an exchange.

    I told you it was remote. Anyone who can fit this tricky request?

    Here, across the Atlantic, I was in the same situation. I paid a courier service who picked up the plant and delivered it. Cheaper than the mail. I'm sure services like this exist in London. Good luck with it

    Thanks. I am most happy to pay for Royal Mail to collect it then deliver it to me. So Simple. But my seller won't even respond!!! In these days of carbon footprint it is so stupid for me to drive quite that far across the whole of London and out the other side.

    (I'm an orchid grower and it's a really poor condition Stanhopea. I just wanted to save it.}
