Extra Fine Nib Ink Review: Nemosine Pleiades Blue/Black
This is review #247 in my series. Here's the YouTube video:
Post-recording notes: Cleaning was easy with plain water, but did require a few extra flushes because the dye is quite concentrated. The microscope smear was boring as can be with one blue and one black dye (apparently).
Errata: "the traveled" should be "they traveled".
Zoomed in photo (A bit too purple-leaning.)
Screenshot (Text is too dark and desaturated (more blue should show).)
Scan of Completed Review (This is the most accurate color.)
Absorbent Paper Close-up (top is puzzle paper like thick newsprint, bottom is old 20lb copy paper) (Both seem a little too purple to me.)
Line width (One of the lines used for dry time. Magnification is 100x. The grid is 100x100µm. The scale is 330µm, with eleven divisions of 30µm each. The line width for this ink is roughly 300µm. With 247 inks measured, the average line width is 296µm.)
Previous Review: Lamy Turquoise.
