    Default Conklin or Monteverde stub?

Conklin and Monteverde's lower-end lines have factory stubs. Would you recommend one over the other? I'm thinking along the lines of the Conklin Glider or the Monteverde Prima... and how would they compare to the TWSBI 1.1 and 1.5?

Default Re: Conklin or Monteverde stub?

I can't comment on the Conklin. I do have the Monteverde Stealth with a 1.1 (black nib and same as what is on the Prima except not coated steel) and a TWSBI 1.1. They are difficult to tell apart but I think my Monteverde is slightly wetter.

Here is a writing sample of the TWSBI 1.1:

and the Monteverde 1.1 with a little bit of Lamy 1.1 thrown in for good measure.
