BTW, Sleepy Joe nodded off during a 1 on 1 press conference with Naftali Bennett in the Oval Office. Trump nodding off after lunch "as prospective jurors were instructed on what they would need to do to serve on the jury" (to quote WashPost) is a false equivalency intended for damage control to reinforce your partisan echo-chamber. The Federal govt giving away tax dollars on something they have no constitutional authority to spend on. Not really an achievement, mainly because the appropriations for this originated in the House, not the Oval Office.

Don't be mad at me just because you can't list any achievement. Most things have tradeoffs. Trump's oil policy led to gas prices under $2/gal. It's directly attributable. Some will see that as an achievement, some will not because of "climate change".

This is wrong on several levels.
The rule is not limited to patient care, nurses; or nursing hours.
There is no such "mandate" in the rule.
