Default Part 2 - Vintage Parker Duofolds

    Hi all,

I thought I would offer some Parker Duofolds this weekend. All of them
have been restored inside and out and are ready to use.

If you see one or more pens that you like, please E-mail me at:

    michael@northwestpenworks.com

If you intend to make a purchase, please read "Rules, shipping,
etcetera" at the bottom of this post.

    4. 1928 or '29 Parker Duofold Sr. Flattop in "Lacquer-red" Permanite
plastic. The pen has a nice polish, but it is basically a user grade
pen. It was used a lot and has quite a bit of wear in places. The cap
end and blind cap have a lot of wear and are pretty rounded on the
edges. The barrel imprint is worn and light. The clip has some
brassing at the bend on top and on the ball, and the bottom cap ring
has a lot of brassing. It has a spear/Christmas tree feed, but a 1946
Vac style "arrow" replacement nib. The barrel is marked "45",
indicating that it was made in the 4th quarter of 1935. The nib is a
smooth writing Fine 14K. The pen would make a good everyday "user".

Price $165.00 shipping included in the U.S. Shipping to
other countries is $30.00 extra, for Express International Mail.

    5. ~SOLD~ to S.M.

    c. 1928 Parker Duofold Junior fountain pen in "Lacquer-red"
Permanite plastic. The gold filled clip and bands have zero brassing.
The only damage is light marks on the vertical edge of the cap end,
and the milling on the cap end is worn. It could be upgraded with a
better cap end. The barrel imprint is crisp and sharp. The nib is a
smooth writing Extra Fine (bordering on Fine) 14K. In the shot of the
pen with the cap off, I also took the end cap off, so the fill button
could be seen. The brass fill button was so clean I did not bother to
polish it, which I do not see often. This is a very nice example of a
    late Junior flattop.

~SOLD~ to S.M. $225.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
    see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

    6. Early 1930's Parker Streamline Duofold Junior in black and
burgundy. The pen has a short lived two tone nib. I have forgotten
when the Parker pens with two tone nibs were made, but they are kind
of hard to find. The pocket clip has typical brassing across the ball
of the clip, the cap bands look good. The nib is a smooth writing Fine
2 tone. The white plating has micro scratches, but appears it is all
there. The barrel imprint appears to be as deep as it ever was. Capped
the pen measures 4 3/4 inches or 12 cm. Overall the pen is in
Excellent condition. Oh, and I installed a real silicone ink sac in
it. It is a very good looking pen!

Price $225.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
    see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

    Rules, Shipping, Etc.

have to charge by Express International Mail, depending on which
country the item will be sent to, but it can be insured and can
    usually be tracked online.

Return Policy: I will always allow pens, or other items, to be
returned. f there is a problem I would prefer the chance to fix the problem

(pen, mechanical pencil, etc.) to someone else to be corrected, I will
not be responsible for any other problems.

    Happy penning!
