I put in an order to the Pensacs website a couple of weeks ago, received the automated reply but have not heard anything further. Does anyone know if they are still in operation?

Peter, the owner, has had some very serious medical problems. There are currently other people stepping in to help to fill orders but it is taking some time and effort. Take a look at this thread on FPN for details and info on how to contact someone regarding your order.
