We will have a Pen Posse this Saturday, Oct. 5th. Bring some vintage pens to show off for new member Bernabe. We will have another next Sunday.

ARGH! I'll try to get there before 3pm this Saturday, but don't know if I can make a week from Sunday. Dang!

I won't be at the October 5 event, but may well be at the October 13 event, especially if I can set up a little trade: I recently bought a new old stock Montblanc twist-piston converter, of the push-fit kind. (MB's current converter is screw-fit.) In my confusion I thought the converter would fit one of my several pens that take international standard carts or converters, but it doesn't. It would have fit the MB Noblesse I no longer own.

Would anyone like to trade me a different converter, one I can use, for the MB push-fit converter? I can use Parker or Aurora twist-piston converters or Cross push-fit converters or Waterman converters with the metal collar. And I'll throw in a used MB twist-piston push-fit converter that, so I believe, leaks. But it may not leak, or may be repairable. In any event it won't fit any pen I own right now.
