    Default Cap identification

I picked up this old 51 on eBay. Never seen this cap before. Does anyone know if this was an original cap or is it from another model/fake etc.

    I appreciate any feedback!

The 51 pen you got might have a different cap because someone replaced it before. Some Parker 51 pens had different caps depending on the year or model. It could be from another version or a replacement. Check the material and any marks to see if it matches original Parker 51 caps.
