Help finding a new pen-

Gentlemen,

Looking for some help finding a new edc pen. After looking around, there are really some experts in here and I certainly could use some guidance.

I have for the last 12 years carried a Montblanc Meisterstuck at the office everyday and it's been great. I just really don't care for the chrome/stainless look. I want something all black.

Looking for something with the following options:
-All black (everything)
-Ballpoint
-Twist operation
-Let's say a budget of $200-$500.

I've looked at the Montblanc Starwalker midnight but it seems to be more grey than black but I've only seen images on the net.

There's the MB LeGrand twist pen. DOn't know the reference/model number, but it's easy to find out from the MB website. All black except for the cap rings and the conical tip
