That's very good. The limits you set yourself only make it more impressive to me. I have trouble drawing intelligibly on anything that small.

Day 2, Discover-y this!

Inktober the 1st! Yay! I should draw something. So I pulled my old rucksack out of the closet, plopped it down in front of me, and started sketching with my trusty oversized Balance.
There's the drawing, on that wadded up piece of paper. It will shortly be gracing my recycling bin. I had no idea I could produce such a truly ugly drawing, so bereft of any redeeming quality.
I am doing all of you a favor by not allowing it to sear its grotesque features into your memories.

@Calamus, there's no such thing as an ugly drawing If it weren't for the many supportive members here, I wouldn't be drawing. And trust me, I've dome many bad ones. Just do your best and enjoy the process.

So I took another stab at it, and even though it is now 17 minutes past midnight where I am,
and technically day 2, here is my stab at Day 1's prompt, "Backpack."
This time I drew a child's backpack.

I used a black Tombow fineliner for the discovery of the light bulb.

Still Day 2 in my neck of the woods. English Duofold, aerometric filler, Waterman Inspired Blue.
I am sooooo rusty. If I can stay the course, maybe I'll work out the kinks and come up with something
I can feel pretty good about. Years ago, when I used to draw a lot, I'd do 50 drawings and fewer than
half were "not bad," and if I was lucky, one or two would be "pretty good."
