I have an English made Parker 61 that I'd like to convert to a c/c filler. Can anyone recommend a repair person (preferably in the USA) who does such work? I asked Ron at Main Street Pens but that is one repair/mod that he doesn't do.

Looking for the now discontinued Uni-ball Millino mechanical pencil to buy or trade for (https://www.jetpens.com/Uni-Millino-...0.5-mm/pd/6134). PM me if you have one or more you would care to part with.
Sorry I don't know US pros that will do this but others will.
It's actually not that hard to do yourself if you can still buy the part. You could find directions to follow on YouTube. I'm sure I did it a long time ago. Basically, you need to unscrew the collector and filler out of the hood and screw in the replacement c/c version with the nib and feed on it back into the hood.
Obviously it might sound simpler than it is because the original nib and feed has to line up properly with the hood point and things could go wrong - like you can't get the original out. But it's basically remove old version and refit new.
Dale will probably have the part you need or you might get it on eBay. Oh and try to not have to use a Ultrasonic bath because the arrow might pop out and that's a real @#%%&* to get back on as good as when it comes out of the factory.
Maybe that's the reason Ron doesn't do it. LOL

You probably need this (also available on ebay):

But the cheapest way to 'convert' your pen is probably buying a c/c P61 section of the correct colour.

Yes, possibly, because the barrel threads may also be incompatible. The conversion is not really advisable because the internals of the capillary P61 section are different from those of the cartridge P61 section. The cost of such a conversion will be much higher than the cost of buying a Parker 61 cartridge filler.
This thread explains the conversion:

The "cheapest" conversion might be to buy a c/c P-61! Ifg you love the nib on your origiginal "pen like nothing in this world...or any other", a good repair person can swap nibs for you. Ron, himself, replaced one of mine. (as you probably know, the hood on the 61 is delicate. I've replaced nibs on a half dozen of my P-51, and don't worry when I do. Not so sure I want to take the hood off of a P-61, though)
