The older M250s are my favorites, with their derby finials and gold nibs. Yours has the additional gold bands, one of 1300 pens made for Levenger in 1997. Dominic Rothemel writes at the link above: "Order from Levenger. Cap in style of the model M250 with two cap bands. barrel in style of an old Style M600 with a wide ring on the filling knob."

Thank you very much carlos.q and FredRydr. That solves the mystery 🙂. Actually the seller sold it to me as M400(by mistake), but it seemed a bit smaller so was trying to figure it out. It's an excellent writer by the way. Thanks again.
