Default Online sources of Japanese pens

I'm looking for online sources of Japanese pens, in particular Pilot pens that are not sold worldwide. I've heard good comments about eBayer engeika, who also has an online store, but I have also heard rumors about his service declining lately, so I'd rather be cautious. And I am not very fond of auction sites anyway, but that's just me.
Does anyone know of any other sources and, in particular, has anyone ever dealt with fountainpen-japan.com? And I do not read any Japanese!

    Thanks,
    Peter

Jetpens.com may be of help. I know I have sourced Japanese only pens from there before.

I have looked at Jetpens.com before but could not find the pens I'm looking for.

When was that? "Browser can't find server" as of now.

    Thanks guys, I'll keep searching.

I found this online store when I was hunting for a specific Japanese notebook. I did contact them and they were quite helpful; it's just that shipping via EMS for notebooks was impractical. My friend ended up buying a fountain pen from them and said he liked the service.

There's also Bundonki, which seems to be a sister site of pencils.jp. They have some pens pencils.jp does not have and vice versa. But they don't have the fancy expensive pens or special nibs.

According to their FaQ they ship overseas, but they only have very few fountain pens. They also use EMS fro shipping.

You might check with Speerbob on Ebay. Not sure he'll have what you want, but I've had nothing but good experiences with him.

In the last year I've bought two pilots, a sailor and a wanchor leather from Engeika and I have to say all 4 transactions were outstanding. Shipping from Tokyo to Toronto was faster than local letter mail. Amazing. I can't possibly recommend enough

I went through Engeika's feedback and purely based on his volume, I think the negative comments may be given a little too much credit compared to the positives. It is unfortunate that some people were not satisfied with his service but compared to all the positives, they are a drop in the bucket. I have never purchased from him but I did bid on one of his pens yesterday. I did not win, unfortunately.

Just received pen case from Engeika. Took about one week which was much faster than I had anticipated. YMMV

I purchased my Pilot Capless through him. Good service and really fast shipping.

I've purchase two pens from Engeika. Great service. Pisuke2005 also has good prices and the service was beyond great on the Platinum I just purchased.

I have purchased many pens from Engeika. His service has dropped off somewhat in recent times. On one instance he only delivered part of an order to me and I had to chase the balance. His response to messages and email inquiries is poor. He used to provide the best service you could want. Not any more. Very hit and miss.

I have recently bought from Pisuke2005 and the service was impressive in that instance.
