I was scanning ebay and found this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/c-1945-SHEAF...887#vi-content

It has a vac filler, but is not striated and not solid black. On richard binder's site, this color is not listed. Any ideas?

Looks like a Sheaffer CREST to me
