I just got the Seaven Seas journal book... 480 pages of Tomoe River paper.
The one with the red vinyl type cover and wow is it nice!

I purchased the A5 version for $9 USD and liked it so much I bought two of the B5 sized that are in route.
It's surprising to me how thin the paper is yet the ink does not bleed through to the next page which a couple of times I thought it should.
Nice cream color too.

Another solid choice here would be the one that Paperforfountainpens.com makes. It won 2013 paper of the year on my blog and is a bit cheaper than the other one listed in this thread and it's hardbound. I love mine.
My review is going up this week for it. http://penpaperinkletter.com
I wanted to give a pen-friend one of Jay's notebooks, as this friend has given me wonderful pen-related gifts. I had given one of these notebooks to another friend and kept one for myself, and I hadn't started writing in it yet (because I had just started another notebook, so... I'm not one of those who has several notebooks going at once). I struggled over how to give this friend a Tomoe River notebook (at a recent Pen Posse, he was astonished with the paper, so I knew he'd like it) without having to wait too long and pay a huge customs fee (30%).
ARGH! So I gave him my notebook and ordered a Nanami Seven Seas notebook for myself (only one, so there won't be a customs fee, cos the price of one doesn't meet the minimum for which customs is (are?) due), which was sent last week, and I don't know how long it will take to get here, but about an hour ago, I wrote on the last page of my current notebook (the last page sneaked up on me), and now... ARGH! V! E! R! N! I NEEDS A NOTEBOOK! I mean, duh, I can get any ol' notebook, but I don't want any ol' notebook. Sigh.
ANYWAY, all this to say that I am eager to receive the Seven Seas notebook.
