    I understand the 7 with the dots. I do not understand the 94. Thoughts?

    That's a poser, all right. If it were a Canadian or UK production, I'd think it were a patent number (we seemed a lot more concerned about getting that in the impression than the Home Office). On a US model, I'm at a loss; a very early NASCAR enthusiast declaring his support for some driver? Personalized for an agent of CONTROL?
    Given to daily lunatic raving, but also capable of more prolonged pen-centricity.
