Kaweco Sport Classic with 1.1 mm nib

I purchased a clip and the nib but now they don't match. I need a silver colored clip now.

I'm considering getting one of these, too. How does it compare to the Lamy & TWSBI 1.1? I had to spread the tines of my TWSBI 1.1 to get better flow, a problem I didn't have with the original medium nib. It writes great now. I had no problems with the Lamy 1.1. It has decent enough flow, but I can't say it's a wet nib. (My vintage No Nonsense fine italic is quite smooth and wet but wider than 1.1)

Looks great! You're right about the clip. I've read so much about the Kaweco in the last few months I think I need to pick it a for a test drive.

It's definitely a good purchase. I quite like my Kaweco demonstrator, cleaning issues aside. It's light, handy, reliable. It's so light and compact, I can keep it in my shirt pocket without deforming the pocket. I plan to get another one in a different color.

Thanks for the kind words. It was a little bit of a hard starter but it went away. I think it is just because I am using cartridges. The nib is somewhere between the Lamy and TWSBI. It is flexier than the Lamy but not as soft as the TWSBI. It has an audible feedback even on Rhodia paper but it is smooth and does not catch on the paper like my Pilot 78G. About equal to the TWSBI in smoothness.
