    Question

    Thanks for the nice review, Okami. It's a very lovely color.

    I note that the dry time test still smudges at 15 seconds. Do you know how much dry time for a non-smudge?

    It really isn't all that long, but the Neenah Classic Crest tends to be slow drying. I'll do a test this weekend and get back to you.
