Almost the same: 4 roses with soda, while trying to wind down after a long week. Of course, both the bourbon and the soda is intentionally kept at room temperature.

thanks for the advice! My friend's dad brought it from australia, and then my friend brought it in, but I don't know where he went with it..... and I don't know if I really want to pay to have a new jar shipped all the way from AU. But if I ever come accross the substance....ahem food again, I will use your technique!

Coffee, made a dozen different ways.

Dr. Inkenstein even wrote a blog post about it:

Looks good enough to write with.
My other pen is a Montblanc.

    mmmmmmm.

I just managed to drink 2 Southern Tier 2X IPA. Not my favorite IPA but certainly respectable. If I'm going to drink an 8.2% beer I want my hops worth and this one doesn't quite deliver...

I've still got 2 SN Hoptimum in the fridge, dare I? maybe not.

There are coffee geeks as well as fountainpen ones.
One of my workmates frequents this site for the latest techniques on roasting your own beans, grinder settings and espresso machines.

Melita Blue Mountain style medium roast coffee again. Hope it doesn't react with the sushi I had for lunch.

    Made some fantastic margaritas tonight.
    Sour mix: (AKA Moustache Juice)
    juice 5 lemons
    juice 5 limes
    3/4 cup agave nectar
    1 cup water

rim a glass with salt, fill with crushed ice. add tequila (an ounce or so of your choice- I was using Tanteo Jalapeno and Patron Reposado tonight.) Add an equal part moustache juice, and top off with something fizzy. yum.

@The Follows - excellent taste in hard cider. I even use that instead of water when I make applesauce and it is the best applesauce around! :-)

Earl Grey tea with some honey and spiked with half a shot of Maker's Mark.

It tastes great, and it helps my sore throat out!

Otherwise I would be drinking a last beer before finals hit this week.
