Just lovely! I have a Mabie Todd Swan that I adore. I love the flex and the ink really shows it off!

I also have a Mabie Todd Blackbird. Mine is an eyedropper. Great flex, good for when you want to dump heaps of ink on the page.

Great pens. So far as I can see, the only saving made on the Blackbirds is that their nibs are a little thinner and shorter than the Swan nibs. This does mean that you have to be careful flexing Blackbird nibs as they can be damaged more easily than Swans. Wonderful nibs all the same.
