    Default Deskpen Sleeping Bag

For that rare occasion when I want to carry two deskpens, I made the above from scrap fabric. Cheers. —Tony

But what do you carry the desk in?

No lining on this one sub, just plain scrap flannelette from a penbox cover my missus made for me. Basically, it is sewn trapezia then divided on three points, then you can put elastics on to attach to the notebook.

Edit: I'll post the penbox cover later. It is a really tacky space invader motif.

    Now, that is cool.

You know, I don't think I've ever seen anyone carry a desk pen before. I like the sleeve. I'd also like to see the desk pens.

Good question. Because, I kept it slightly open for ventilation to prevent the off-gassing effect from the vintage pen materials.. and with the cover on I don't need to dust the box ever so often.

Hi, Kimy. Here's a photo from a year-and-a-half ago - the Desk Pen is outside of its kimono which is inside a Quiver double-pen holder on the notebook. This is how I carry my Desk Pen. (Not to detract from Tony's very cool sleeping bag, which makes me go, hmm... (as in, can I make a pen case? Am I able? Without a sewing machine?).)

Very nice, Lisa! That Nakaya desk pen is nice. It seems the solution for carrying one worked well.
